Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it is processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. During high-order-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Partners
We work with TeemDrop, a global fulfillment platform, along with trusted logistics partners including YunExpress and DHL, to get your order to you as efficiently as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders to the US, Europe, Australia, and Canada arrive within 8–12 business days. Delivery times to other regions may vary; remote areas, islands, and certain destinations may experience longer delivery windows.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order details and destination.

Delays
While we work hard to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, high shipping volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our and our fulfillment partners' control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address, though we'll do our best to help if you contact us before the order ships.
